Founder & CEO
Parth Kotak is the Founder & CEO of Plus91, an investment management firm that aims to disrupt the financial services industry by democratizing best quality investment management. Prior to founding Plus91, Parth was a Senior Analyst at Alpha Plus Capital Services, a family office investment outfit based out of Mumbai. At Alpha Plus, Parth was the Fundamental Research Head and was a core contributor to the firm’s investment process. Prior to Alpha Plus, Parth has a rich experience in the market; working on the buy side advisory with Keynote Financial Services Ltd & on the sell side with The Investment Trust of India & PhillipCapital India Pvt Ltd.
Parth has been involved in the capital markets since early childhood and has been in & around financial operations at a very young age. With Plus91 Parth aims to bring the best in class asset management process for the Indian capital markets.

Chetna Kotak is a seasoned cost accountant with a rich background in orchestrating successful business operations. Her journey began with Narmada Cement, where her expertise played a pivotal role in navigating the company through its acquisition by Larsen & Toubro (L&T). Remaining an integral part of L&T post-acquisition, Chetna's strategic insights continued to shape the company's trajectory.
Driven by an entrepreneurial spirit, Chetna ventured into the logistics sector, where she astutely set up and steered a thriving business to success, culminating in a successful acquisition in 2022. Her knack for identifying opportunities and optimizing operational efficiencies has been instrumental in her ventures' accomplishments.
Since then, Chetna has brought her wealth of experience and acumen to PLUS91, where she stands as a cornerstone of the company's success. With her leadership, PLUS91 continues to thrive and innovate, guided by a steadfast commitment to excellence and forward-thinking strategies.
