Note: Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. Gateway processing fees (if any) may be deducted from refund amounts for eligible scenarios.

Special Circumstances

Partial Refunds

In certain cases, partial refunds may be provided based on service usage:

No Refund Scenarios

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

  • Technical issues on the client's end
  • Requests made beyond specified timeframes

Force Majeure

In cases of extraordinary circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, government regulations, market closures), refund policies may be adjusted on a case-by-case basis with advance notice to clients.
