Investment Performance: Refunds are not provided based on investment performance or market losses. All investments carry inherent risks that are disclosed at the time of service agreement.
If we fail to provide agreed advisory services due to technical issues or service unavailability
Full refund processed within 5-7 business days
Cancellation within 48 hours of subscription with minimal service usage
Pro-rated refund minus processing fees
Accidental double payment or billing errors on our end
Full duplicate amount refunded within 3-5 business days
Market losses or underperformance of recommended investments
No refund - market risks are disclosed and acknowledged
General dissatisfaction after using services beyond trial period
No refund - services already delivered
Inability to access services due to client's technical limitations
